missing towels bed sheet holes

The location is good for one night. The room was clean and the en-suite was also clean.

There were no towels when I arrived, and even the next morning I still had no towels. I had to argue to get them. The bed sheets had holes. Curtains were barely hanging from the wall. They were not functional.

metro access breakfast variety helpful staff rough towels musty smell carpet stains

the location proved a great blessing, access to the metro was simple. the ease of travel really helped. breakfast was good, such a variety to choose and enjoy. the staff was helpful always showing grace.

Acceptable Stay with Disappointing Aspects

dusty shelves roof leakage

I found dust on all the shelves in my room, not great. Even worse, I woke up one night to a leak in the roof. I had to call the staff to get someone on the top floor to stop using water. The situation was not handled well.
